JADRANKA ĆOROVIĆ
Jadranka Ćorović founded Verba d.o.o. in 2022. She embarked on this path with strong commitment to employ all the expertise, experience and skills acquired during her career of 20+ years. She has been a sworn court interpreter since 2010, appointed by the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro and a member of the Montenegrin Legal Interpreters and Translators Association since 2020.
Prior to founding Verba, Ms. Ćorović worked at Crnogorska komercijalna banka, member of OTP group as International Relations Officer, Personal Assistant to CEOs, and Interpreter/Translator. During 15 years at CKB, she gained vast and valuable experience translating and interpreting in the fields of finance, economics and law, in addition to being in charge of the communication and administrative support to top level officers.
She started her career journey in 2000 as an Italian language teacher at the High School of Economics “Mirko Vešović” Podgorica and continued as an English language teacher at the Elementary School “Milorad Musa Burzan” Podgorica until 2008. During that period, she was a mentor to the teacher interns with a Bachelor's degree in English, a committee member for the approval of English textbooks in elementary education, and the vice-president of English Language Teacher Association of Montenegro. In addition to her regular job, she worked as a freelance interpreter and translator.
Ms. Ćorović obtained a degree in English Language and Literature A & Italian Language B in 1999, and a postgraduate specialist degree in Translation and Interpreting in 2006. She completed both degree programs at the University of Montenegro.

KRISTINA ILIĆ
Kristina Ilić is currently enrolled in the Master's program Business Economics at the University of Montenegro. In the course of her undergraduate studies, she received a mobility grant for one academic year at the University of Warsaw where she honed her skills in research, written and oral argumentation.
Ms. Ilić received the Rector's Award for the Best Students of the University of Montenegro and the Scholarship for Outstanding Students granted by the Ministry of Education.
Her day-to-day duties consist of:
- Project management: analysis of client requirements (language, scope, specialization), cost estimation and preparation of quotes, timeline planning;
- Task allocation and regular communication with the team, updating project status;
- Communication with clients and maintaining project records;
- Process optimization and risk management;
- Development of long-term client relationships;
- Mentoring junior project managers;
- Monitoring trends in the translation industry and contributing to the improvement of the company’s services.
In addition to her native language, Kristina is fluent in English and has a professional working proficiency in the French language (DELF B1). She is a member of the North American Kant Society.
